Deana Holiday Ingraham is an accomplished attorney, public servant, and community advocate whose career reflects more than two decades of leadership across government, business, health, and child-serving systems. Admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida, Deana brings a rare combination of legal acumen, policy expertise, and executive-level experience to her Government Affairs, Business Law, Health Law, and Child Advocacy practice.

A committed civic leader, Deana served eight years as Mayor of East Point, Georgia, following four years as a citywide Councilmember. She has held influential roles on national, state, and regional boards, including the National League of Cities Board of Directors, the Georgia Municipal Association Board of Directors, and numerous councils and committees focused on youth, education, health, and municipal governance.
Her extensive nonprofit, community, and professional service—spanning child advocacy organizations, educational boards, bar associations, and civic groups—reflects her lifelong dedication to building stronger, healthier, and more equitable communities.
Education and Professional Formation
Deana earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she served on the Howard Law Journal and was recognized as a Merit Scholar and J. Franklyn Bourne Scholar. She also holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, with a specialty in Child Protection and Juvenile Justice, from Nova Southeastern University. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University with a degree in Accounting/Business Administration and minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Her academic achievements, combined with specialized professional development in child welfare, mediation, restorative practices, leadership, and campaign strategy, strengthen her ability to advise clients facing multifaceted legal and policy challenges.
